Valleyview is a town of about 1,000 people in east-central Alberta, Canada. It is located at the junction of Highway 14 and Highway 855, about 75 km (47 mi) east of Edmonton.
The town was founded as a station on the Canadian Northern Railway in 1912. The original name was "Saddle Lake Crossing". The name was changed to Valleyview in 1919.
Valleyview is home to the Valleyview Composite High School and the Valleyview Bible Camp.
